The main cause of cancer according to alternative cancer treatment doctors is an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. Their way to getting rid of cancer involves eliminating the root cause of cancer and not just the symptoms. Contrary to what most of us consider as a nutritious diet, an average person’s diet is made up of toxic food like processed food, dairy products and meat. This pollutes and paralyzes the immune system and causes diseases. By keeping the immune system up, our bodies can heal itself and kill the cancer cells naturally from within.

If It’s So Great, Why Aren’t The Medical Authorities Endorsing Natural Cures For Cancer?

Most alternative cancer treatment doctors were previously from a conventional medicine background before they began to realize that the traditional cancer treatments were not always effective. They were not allowed to give their patients advice on anything that does not yield to their professional code of conduct. Frustrated with the limitations imposed on them by the medical authorities, they left the institution and started their research into alternative cancer cures, which often led to the creation of their own books, videos and treatment centers. Alternative cancer treatments are peanuts compared to what people pay for chemotherapy and surgery. It makes sense for the multi-billion dollar cancer treatment industry to mock and snuff out alternative treatments even though it is scientifically proven in many cases to be very effective because they can’t collect much money if people accept them as mainstream.

Choosing A Alternative Cancer Treatment Method

There are loads of natural cures for cancer being promoted lately and it may seem dreadful to select a method that suits you. Alternative cancer treatments are not quick fixes and you will be required to make gigantic changes to your current diet and lifestyle to aid your body’s natural healing capabilities. The treatments commonly consists of lifestyle changes like getting sufficient rest, fresh air, daily exercise, sunshine and faith in God in some religious treatment centers. The dietary changes include the elimination of junk food, sugar, fat laden food and processed food. Healthy replacements such as organic fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains, juices, pure water or animal products (extremely rare). The right treatment method for you will depend on your willingness to change your lifestyle, religious beliefs, budget and location. These treatments may seem expensive if you look at the cost of organic food and other health supplements but once you compare it the costs of going through chemotherapy and radiation, it seems like a bargain.

How can I be sure if I am pregnant? Check out the 18 pregnancy symptoms below to see if you have been experiencing any of them.

Nausea or morning sickness: Morning sickness is term to describe nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Most pregnant women experience morning sickness from the first month of pregnancy onwards. Morning sickness probably got it’s name due to the fact that most of the nauseating symptoms start in the morning right after you get out of bed when your blood sugar levels are low. However, it may happen at any time of the day.

Headaches: If you already had a headache problem before pregnancy, be prepared for it to worsen during pregnancy. The changes in your body’s hormone levels during pregnancy is the main cause of headaches. Other causes like stress, poor posture, lack of sleep, dehydration and low blood sugar levels may lead to headaches too.

Dizziness and fainting spells: During your pregnancy, it is normal for your blood pressure to drop lower than your normal levels. When this happens, you may experience some dizziness and fainting spells in severe cases.

Mood swings: The physical and hormonal changes you experience during pregnancy will definitely have a negative impact on your state of mind and cause you to feel moody. All women have to go through a period of adjustment to settle into their new roles as a pregnant women and that takes time.

Fatigue: If you feel sleppy and experience some or all of the symptoms mentioned in this article, you have a good chance of being pregnant. Hormonal changes are usually the main cause of fatigue followed by the additional weight you have to carry around.

Food cravings: Craving for food that you normally would not eat could be a sign that you are pregnant. Many women crave for salty and sweet food while some develop a weird craving for starchy or spicy food.

Weight gain and bloating: Your growing baby and increased food consumption will result in an unavoidable gain in weight and inability to fit into some of your clothes. As most women put on weight mostly on their hips and thighs, an inexplicable increase in the size of your waist could indicate that you are pregnant.

Heartburn: Hormones created during pregnancy may relax the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which opens the valve to allow stomach acids to flow up into the esophagus causing a burning sensation.

Lower back pain: As your baby grows in size, the extra weight pulls your spine to the front of your body and causes you to experience some back pain every now and then.

Constipation: Hormones released during pregnancy tend to relax the intestines and cause constipation. This is not a clear sign of pregnancy because anyone can have constipation without being pregnant but if you do not get constipated often, this could be a symptom of your pregnancy.

Constant urination: The growing uterus presses onto the bladder and causes you to have more frequent urges to urinate than usual.

High Basal Body Temperature (BBT): If your BTT stays in the high range for 18 days or more, it is very likely that you are pregnant.

Cramping: As the uterus grows and stretches, it is normal to feel cramps that feel similar to menstrual cramps.

Spotting: Slight bleeding occurs when the fertilized egg begins to implant itself into the uterus any time from 3 to 6 days after fertilization. A lot of women confuse this with their period but this happens usually before the period starts and the discharge is lighter than normal.

Darkening of the areolas: Your skin tone around the nipples could darken and the diameter of the areolas might increase during pregnancy. This is a natural process by which your breasts are preparing themselves to produce milk for your baby.

Tender or swollen breasts: It is common for women to have sore, tingly, tender or swollen breasts during pregnancy. This feels like a greater version of how your breast feels before your period.

Missed periods: A late or missed period is usually the first sign women notice when they are pregnant. Further tests will be required to confirm if your suspicions are valid.

Positive pregnancy tests: Only a positive urine test or blood test can give you solid indication that you are pregnant. The problem is, they may not be fool proof. Remember to visit a doctor to conduct further tests to confirm the results.

Please take note that not all symptoms above indicate a confirmed pregnancy. When you have a positive pregnancy test, visit a doctor to get more tests done to confirm your pregnancy. That’s the only way to find out if you are truly pregnant.

Ticks are tiny insects that suck blood from animals and humans. They can be found on trees, leaf litter, tall grasses and even in your backyard in some rare cases. they wait patiently in their usual hiding spots until a suitable host walks past them and they cling onto the fur or skin of the host. Ticks have the amazing ability to dig into the host’s skin to suck blood without detection as it does not cause any pain to the host in the early stages. The average time a soft-bodied tick stays on the host’s skin is a couple of hours but the hard-bodied tick can stay on the host’s skin for up to 2 weeks.

Although it is very rare to contract disease from ticks, they have been known to pass on the following disease to man:

Babesiosis

Rocky mountain spotted fever

Lyme disease

Human Granulocytic Ehrlichiosis (HGE)

Human Monocytic Ehrlichiosis (HME)

Colorado tick fever

Relapsing fever

Q fever

Tick paralysis

Tularemia

The type of disease contracted depends on the location, type of tick, duration of the tick’s attachment to the host’s skin and season of the year.

How To Get Rid Of Ticks On Your Own

Apply some antiseptic like isopropyl alcohol to wipe the tick bite area.

Wear a pair of rubber gloves if possible and use a pair of forceps or tweezers to clamp the tick close to the skin of it’s head. Be careful not to twist, jolt or crush the tick.

Pull the tick straight out and apply a constant amount of pressure until the tick cuts loose.

Use a sterilized needle to extract the tick’s head or any other body part that got stuck in the skin.

Apply some disinfectant lotion onto the bite wound and area around it.

Wash your hands thoroughly with antiseptic soap like Dettol to kill any traces of bacteria on your hands and fingers.

If possible, place the removed tick into a bottle and bring it to a doctor for identification.

When You Should Consult A Doctor

You cannot remove the tick or part of the tick from the skin.

You develop a fever, rash, headache, muscle pains, joint pains or flu-like symptoms 2 to 14 days after the tick bite.

You develop widespread rashes 2 to 14 days after the tick bite.

You develop redness, pus, swelling or yellow drainage from the tick bite wound 1 to 2 days after the tick bite.

You develop a red-ring or a bull’s eye rash around the tick bite wound 3 to 30 days after the tick bite.

You have trouble moving your legs.

You feel unwell and want to make sure your illness is not related to your tick bite.

Removing the hair on the bikini line is a burden for many women. Although there are many hair removal options to choose from, many of them still result in the same unresolvable problem – hair growth in the bikini line area. If you’re fed up of continuous shaving or waxing, you may want to consider permanently removing your bikini line hair with laser hair removal.

Laser hair removal for bikini line is a permanent hair removal solution that uses high energy lights to disable hair follicles from growing hair. In theory, no hair should appear on your bikini line ever again but what you will likely experience is reduced amount of hair and thickness of hair. It will take multiple sessions before you will see a complete absence of hair in your bikini line area.

Laser hair removal is pricey at an estimated cost between $350 to $500 per session. The number of treatments required to get rid of your bikini line hair problem varies from person to person based on your skin color, hair color and hair thickness. Most people will need about 3 laser removal treatments before they begin to see permanent results.

One of the main benefits is the fact that it is gentle and painless, when the procedure is performed correctly. You should be able to completely eradicate unwanted bikini line hair after a few sessions, or at least have less or thinner hair in the bikini line area. With repeated sessions, you should be free from the daily burden of removing unwanted hair in your bikini line.

Side effects are rare in laser hair removal treatments and they are usually not permanent when they occur. The most common side effect reported is the lightening or darkening of the skin area that was treated. This usually occurs on people with dark skin tones. Another one of the possible side effects of laser hair removal of bikini line areas is burning but this can be avoided if the doctor used the right amount of light with his tool.

Cancer screening tests are simply attempts to detect cancer at an early stage to increase the chances of a complete recovery before it is too late. There are generic cancer tests to detect signs of cancer in your body and other specialized cancer tests to detect specific cancer types. The exact type of cancer tests you should take depends on which cancer risk group you belong to.

What Is My Risk Of Getting Cancer?

There are 3 types of cancer risk groups:

Low risk (<15% lifetime risk)

Medium risk (15% – 20% lifetime risk)

High risk (> 20% lifetime risk)

The lifetime risk is the chance of you having a particular type of cancer in your lifetime. When you visit a doctor for cancer screening, you will be classified into one of the groups above according to your gender, age, lifestyle, environment, race and family history of cancer. For example, a man in his fifties who works in a factory, lives in a very polluted city and smokes 10 cigarettes per day may belong to the high risk group. People from different risk groups will have different cancer screening schedules and may start their screening tests at an earlier age or have more frequent tests.

It is important that you look up the cancer screening guidelines of your country to make sure your doctor is planning the right combination of cancer tests. Some tests may not give you all the confirmation you need therefore having the right tests is critical to detect any signs of cancer as soon as possible. Going through more tests than you need will only result in you spending a lot of unnecessary time and money.

What Are The Cancer Tests I Need To Do?

The tests you will be going through should involve some or all of the following:

Visual investigation of any lesions on your body, mouth, eyes, genitals, etc.

Palpation tests to feel for any unusual lumps or tumors in your breasts, prostate, neck and other parts of your body.

Endoscopy, X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT scans, Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scans or ultrasound scans.

Lab tests like Biological Terraine Assessment (BTA), blood tests, pap smears, Anti-malignin antibody screen (AMAS) or Cancer Marker Tests.

Be Disciplined – Regrets Don’t Work

It is important that you follow your cancer screening test schedules religiously to prevent detecting any case of cancer in your body at a later or final stage. Everyone knows that the chances of treating cancer is easier in it’s early stages so please do not take the unnecessary risk by being arrogant and lazy about doing your cancer tests. These cancer tests could save you lots of money in the long run and most importantly, they could save your life.

Congratulations, welcome to the mommy’s club! Before you start dialling the telephone to tell everyone you know about this great news, take some time to plan how you want to tell your husband because this is going to be a once in a lifetime event and I am sure you want it to be special for the both of you. Here’s a list of 8 memorable ways to tell your husband he is going to have a baby…

Go to your favorite restaurant and arrange with the manager beforehand to surprise your husband by asking a waiter to open a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Your husband will be $shocked% when the waiter is opening the champagne bottle because he didn’t order it but it will all make sense once the waiter lets him know you guys are celebrating because he is going to be a dad. Another cool way is to arrange for the manager to make an announcement in the restaurant about you guys expecting a baby and watch your husband’s reaction!

Design a scavenger hunt game in your house with clues on pieces of paper that lead to prize. Bluff your husband into believing this game is going to lead to sex and watch him go hunting for all the clues while you wait for him to find the final clue to claim his prize. You can be creative with the prize… You could write a message like “You are going to be a dad” on your chest so that he will see it when he is trying to strip off your clothes. If you prefer something less raunchy, just write a note in the final clue with your pregnancy message and he will get a happy anti-climax.

Tell your husband you’re going to give him a little present about 10 months from the time you break the news to him. It should not take too long for him to figure it out.

Go shop for some baby stuff and put them in places where your husband will see them. You could get some baby books, diapers, clothing and other baby items and put them on his desk or in his suitcase to surprise him.

This idea works if you already have a kid. Dress up your son or daughter with a custom shirt with the words “Someone is going to call me big brother/sister soon!” and ask him or her to greet your husband when he comes home.

Shout at the top of your voice to fool your husband into thinking you are in some sort of danger at home. When he arrives, flash him your best cheeky grin and show him your pregnancy test kit with the positive result!

Prepare dinner for your husband with a variety of baby carrots, peas, corn and other mini vegetables and serve them on baby dinnerware.

Call his office and ask someone to get him to call you back immediately with an excuse that you have a “family emergency”. When he calls back, tell him you have a tiny problem and the problem will only get bigger and it will require him to do some night duty about 10 months from now.

Have loads of fun with these ideas and make sure to let me know about your stories after you tell your husbands about your pregnancy.

The most common cause of ingrown hairs in the pubic area is shaving with a mediocre pubic shaver. If you plan to use shaving as a long term method to remove your pubic hair, you need to invest in a solid pubic shaver. Pubic hair removal methods like waxing and tweezing may also cause ingrown hairs as long as hair is broken off underneath the skin.

Other causes of ingrown pubic hair include:

Tight undergarments or trousers

Dry skin

Thick, curly or rigid hair

Pubic hair follicles that are clogged with oil or dead skin cells

Getting Rid of Ingrown Hairs in the Pubic Region

A well-known and effective home treatment for ingrown hairs that I know of involves the use of a hot cloth or hot compress on the affected region to reduce inflammation. After applying the hot material on your ingrown pubic hair for a couple of minutes, pubic hair beneath the skin should soften and rise above the skin. If the hair does not surface, try again in a couple of hours or another day as it may not have grown long enough but never ever try to squeeze or force the hair out as this may cause bleeding and permanent scarring.

Once you are able to see a tiny end of the ingrown hair above the surface of your skin, use a pair of sterilized tweezers to pull out the hair. Wash your pubic area, towel dry and apply some antiseptic cream to prevent infections.

Another method of removing ingrown pubic hair is the use of a hair removal lotion that is certified safe to use on your pubic region by your dermatologist or pharmacist. These lotions help to dissolve the ingrown pubic hairs underneath your skin without causing further skin irritation.

3 Things You Should Not Do After Your Treatment

You should try not to wear any tight undergarments or trousers before all your ingrown hairs have healed. If your pubic area develops ingrown pubic hairs as a result of wearing tight clothes pretty often, you might want to purchase clothes made of softer fabrics or ditch them all to prevent ingrown hairs.

Although some people recommend using wax to get rid of the roots of the ingrown pubic hair, I think it will cause more skin irritation as the wax strips may bust open your pubic pimples. So please be smart and do not use them if you have pubic pimples. Last but not least, refrain from scrubbing your pubic area with a shower sponge to exfoliate the skin down there as you may cause damage to your sensitive skin.

When I started my web site HairRemovalHaven.com, I was not expecting over 30% of my web site visitors to enter my site from the male pubic hair removal web pages. A lot of men are interested in learning how to remove their pubic hair but do not know how to start as most of the pubic hair removal products and services are catered mainly for women.

Let’s take a look at the prevalent pubic hair removal solutions used by women to find out why they may not work for men.

Why Brazilian Waxing Could Make A Man Cry Like A Girl…

Some Brazilian waxing studios accept male customers at a higher price. Unfortunately, most men are reluctant to visit a waxing studio as they feel very out of place there.

You will have to reveal your private parts to a waxing professional in order for them to remove your pubic hair. Some people find that very humiliating and embarrassing. Moreover, a man’s testicles has very thin and sensitive skin. You might have to walk like a crab for a few days after the waxing!

Male Electric Shavers Just Don’t Cut It

Here’s a lame idea I got from my research – Using an electric beard shaver on your pubic hair. I don’t understand why people would risk getting skin irritations on their private parts like that. Anyway, if you plan to use one, please remember to use a different shaving foil for your pubic region for hygiene purposes.

Beware Of Razor Blade Bites

Women have the availability of leg shavers for shaving their pubes. Although this isn’t the best tool to use, at least they have leg shavers while men don’t. I do not recommend using any traditional razor blade on the sensitive pubic region because it may cause pubic rashes, pubic pimples and ingrown pubic hair. Don’t believe me? Try shaving your balls with a razor blade and I guarantee you’ll feel a terrible burning sensation all over your scrotum due to the razor burns.

Pubic hair removal solutions for women just won’t work as well for men simply because our private parts are different. However, there are specialized pubic hair removers that work great for both sexes. A pubic hair shaver that I personally use and recommend is the “Body Bare” shaver. All the problems associated with removing your pubic hair will be a thing of the past with this tool. If you’re still thinking about being a cheapskate by using normal shavers on your family jewels, I urge you to stop. It’s just not worth it.

——

Natalie Williams’ recommended pubic shaver is the “Body Bare” shaver. Check out her male pubic hair removal tips on her web site to discover how to rid of your male pubic hair without nicks, cuts and skin irritations.

Hair removal for pubic hair has been a common practice among men and women in some cultures throughout the centuries. There has been a great surge in public interest for pubic hair removal services in our western society since the 90s due to celebrity endorsements of Brazilian waxing and the growing usage of thong bikinis like the Brazilian bikini that require a shaven pubic area to look good. let’s find out why hair removal for pubic hair is so important for you.

7 Reasons Why You Should Consider Pubic Hair Removal

Pubic hair in the pubic area is a hotspot for germs that cause foul odor and skin irritations. Shaving of the pubic hair will greatly reduce the likelihood of these problems.

You want to look good in your bathing suit. An unshaven pubic area will definitely destroy the sexy hairless bikini line look when you put on a bikini or a pair of Speedos.

As a Muslim, you are required to remove your pubic and armpit hair as part of your routine to keep your bodies clean.

If your profession has anything to do with dancing, modeling, acting or sports, you may be required to remove your pubic hair to improve your looks or performance.

Everyone in your culture seems to prefer a clean shaven pubic region look and you do not want to look out of place among your friends when you visit the beach or a spa.

Your partner likes your pubes to be shaved and it seems to improve his or her pleasure during sex.

You just love to style your hair and that includes your pubic hair to complete the look that you want.

No matter what your motivation is, hair removal for pubic hair is increasingly necessary in our modern society. However, very little information is available on how to do it ourselves. This ignorance on proper hair removal for pubic hair causes irritating side effects like pubic pimples, pubic rashes, pubic hair bumps and ingrown pubic hair.

–

Natalie Williams’ pubic hair shaver of choice for is the Personal Shaver. She has done extensive research on hair removal for pubic hair and publishes her findings on her web site, http://www.HairRemovalHaven.com so that you may discover how to enjoy all the benefits of having a sexy pubic area without experiencing all the irritating side effects of pubic shaving experienced by most people.
